Shivanta SoftTech (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Business Card Scanner app as a free tool
for scanning and storing business cards. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including

- Device & App Data (Local / On-device): Scanned business card info, camera access,
storage access.
- Advertising & Analytics Data (via AdMob / Firebase): Device identifiers (Advertising
ID), app usage data, crash reports.
Note: This data may be sent to Google for ads, analytics, and crash reporting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Business Card Data: Scan, edit, save, and share cards locally.
- Ad Data: Show relevant ads via Google AdMob.
- Analytics Data: Understand app usage, improve features.
- Crash Data: Detect and fix app crashes via Firebase Crashlytics.
3. Permissions
- Camera: To scan business cards.
- Storage: To save scanned cards or export contacts.
- Network Access: Required for ads, analytics, and crash reporting.
You can deny permissions, but scanning or ads may not work properly.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with:
- Google (for AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics purposes)
- Third-party service providers assisting with app functionality
Data shared with Google is subject to their Privacy Policy.
5. Data Security
- Scanned card data is stored locally using secure storage (Hive / SQLite).
- Ad, analytics, and crash data is transmitted securely to Google servers.
- No personal card info is shared with third parties.
6. Advertising & Analytics
- The app uses Google AdMob to display ads (personalized or non-personalized).
- We use Firebase Analytics to track app usage (app opens, scans completed).
- Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports to improve stability.
You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (Advertising ID).
7. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.

We may update this policy occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will update the effective
